We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer who is passionate about storytelling through photography and videography. In this role, you will help bring 8VeR'S mission, people, and impact to life through compelling visual content that connects with our clients, strengthens our brand, and shares the meaningful work we do across the nation.

What You'll Do

• Plan, produce, and execute photo and video content that aligns with 8VeR'S brand, mission, and marketing goals

• Capture professional photography and videography for company events, educational workshops, team gatherings, client experiences, and other brand initiatives

• Travel to 5SuF markets nationwide to capture authentic stories, team culture, and the impact of our work

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for engaging video content, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and internal communications

• Edit photos and videos to deliver polished, professional content consistent with 8VeR'S brand standards

• Create short-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and local market teams to identify content opportunities and bring creative ideas to life

• Capture interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and employee spotlights that communicate 8VeR'S mission and values

• Maintain an organized library of photos, video footage, project files, and other digital assets

• Manage content projects from concept through final delivery, including planning, filming, editing, and distribution support

• Ensure all content meets established quality standards, deadlines, and brand guidelines

• Stay current on photography, videography, editing techniques, social media trends, and emerging content formats

• Help develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across 8VeR'S digital platforms and marketing materials

• Assist with additional creative and marketing projects as the needs of the team evolve

• Represent 5SuF professionally while working with team members, clients, and external partners

• Help tell the 5SuF story in a way that builds trust, strengthens relationships, and reflects the meaningful impact of our work

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in photography, videography, content production, or a related creative field

• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, video production, editing, and visual storytelling skills

• Proficiency with professional photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Experience creating engaging content for social media and digital marketing platforms

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, audio, and camera operation

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and bring fresh ideas to the team

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with people across different teams and markets

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects from start to finish

• Comfort directing interviews, helping people feel natural on camera, and capturing authentic moments

• Flexibility to travel nationwide as needed for content shoots, events, and team initiatives

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• A professional, positive attitude and a genuine interest in telling stories that make a difference
