About The Role

TechDigital Corporation is seeking an experienced React Native Developer to build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. In this role, you will partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and visually engaging cross-platform experiences. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from translating product requirements and interface designs into working features to testing, release, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong mobile engineering skills with sound judgment, a focus on usability, and a commitment to writing maintainable code.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of professional experience in mobile application development, including three or more years of hands-on React Native development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of React Native architecture, hooks, context, and state management approaches.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party libraries.

• Knowledge of mobile performance tuning, memory optimization, debugging, offline capabilities, and local data persistence.

• Familiarity with Firebase tools for analytics, crash reporting, or app distribution.

• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding of secure mobile development practices, including data encryption and secure storage.

• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play deployment processes.

• Familiarity with native Android development using Kotlin or Java, or iOS development using Swift or Objective-C, is an advantage.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Build clean, responsive, user-friendly interfaces by translating product needs and UI/UX designs into reliable implementations.

• Architect, optimize, and maintain codebases to support performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

• Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party libraries while ensuring consistent behavior across supported devices and platforms.

• Develop robust offline functionality and local data persistence where required by product needs.

• Identify and resolve performance, memory, compatibility, and reliability issues through testing, debugging, and optimization.

• Implement or collaborate on native Android and iOS modules when platform-specific functionality is needed.

• Follow established coding standards and contribute to effective testing, code review, security, and release practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and deliver features on schedule.

• Stay informed about React Native updates, mobile development trends, and relevant tools, and recommend improvements where appropriate.
