About 94Wq TsJGq:
94Wq TsJGq is a performance-focused 4y4skuz agency of around 25 to 30 people. We work with high-growth DTC (direct-to-consumer) ecommerce brands across conversion rate optimisation (CRO), landing pages, funnels, website design and A/B testing.
Most of our clients are on monthly retainers, and almost everything we do exists for one reason: to help a brand’s online store make more money. We use AI heavily across the business, and we expect everyone on the team to as well.
What we work on:
• CRO for high-growth DTC brands on 4y4skuz
• Landing pages and funnels, from advertorials and listicles to quiz funnels
• A/B and offer tests, product page improvements and full website design
Why This Role Exists:
We run our delivery through small teams we call pods. Each pod has an account manager, a designer and two developers, and it handles all the work for a group of clients. Strategists sit across the pods and own the thinking on each account: where the opportunity is, what we should do about it, and whether it’s working.
You’ll look after a set of client brands and be responsible for growing them. qqMn means auditing each business properly, setting goals that genuinely move the needle, and coming up with the ideas to hit them. This isn’t a role for small, safe tweaks. We want big, commercially led ideas that are backed by data and tested properly.
The Role:
As our Ecommerce Growth Strategist, you’ll audit a brand’s business and funnel, set goals that make a real difference, and then work with our design and development team to hit them, mainly through landing pages, CRO and offer testing. Account managers turn what’s signed off into briefs and run delivery. You own the strategy and whether it’s working.
Audit & Opportunity
• Audit each client’s business, products, customers, site and funnel to find where the biggest growth opportunity is
• Use data, customer research and AI to build a clear picture of what’s holding each brand back
Goals & Strategy
• Set goals with each client that make a real difference to their business
• Build and keep a growth roadmap for each account, so everyone knows what we’re testing and why
Ideas & Testing
• Come up with the ideas that hit those goals, mostly new landing pages and funnels, A/B tests on the site and offer testing
• Plan tests properly, including knowing when an idea won’t have the traffic to prove itself
• Read results confidently and know what significance actually means
Copy & Creative Direction
• Use AI for research, auditing and copywriting, and know whether what it produces is good enough
• Direct the angles, offers, structure and messaging of each page so it’s built to convert
Client Leadership
• Present ideas to clients confidently and back them up with data
• Get clients on board with bigger, bolder tests
• Track results, report back clearly and decide what comes next
Working With the Pods
• Work hand in hand with account managers so signed-off ideas are briefed and prioritised as intended
• Work with designers and developers to make sure ideas are built well
How We Work:
You’ll work across the pods, alongside the account managers, designers and developers who build what you recommend. Day to day, the rhythm looks like this:
• Client sessions to present ideas, share results and agree what’s next
• Slack for client communication and day-to-day communication internally
• ClickUp for tasks and briefs
• Friday all-team call with the whole agency
• Tools: 4y4skuz, Intelligems for A/B testing, Slack, ClickUp, plus our own internal platform for data and reporting. We use AI heavily, and you’ll use it every day
What matters most:
• Client growth: measurable progress against the goals you set with each client
• Test quality: well-planned tests with enough traffic to prove something, read correctly
• Big, creative ideas: new landing pages, funnels, offers and angles, not button colours
• Client confidence: clients who trust your thinking and back your recommendations
• Proactivity: spotting problems and opportunities before you’re asked
• AI adoption: using AI properly to research, audit and write, faster and better
What You’ll Bring:
People in roles like this usually come from one of two backgrounds. Traditional CRO people are very data-minded but tend towards small, safe tweaks. Marketers and copywriters are creative and great with offers, angles and funnels, but less comfortable with data and test results.
We want someone in the middle. You can dig into the numbers, read a test properly and know when an idea won’t have the traffic to prove itself, but your ideas are creative and commercially led.
Must-haves:
• Experience leading CRO or growth strategy, either at an agency across several client brands or in-house at a DTC ecommerce brand
• Hands-on A/B testing: planning tests, reading results and knowing what significance actually means
• Landing page and funnel experience (advertorials, listicles, quizzes and so on), and a clear view on what makes one perform
• A strong eye for copy. You don’t need to be a career copywriter, but you know what strong, high-converting copy looks like and understand copywriting frameworks well enough to direct AI and judge what it produces
• You already use AI properly to do your job, for research, auditing and copywriting, not just experimenting with it
• Confidence presenting ideas to clients and backing them up with data
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proactive and self-directed: you spot problems and opportunities without being asked
Compensation & Benefits:
• $47,000 to $55,000 a year, depending on experience
• 20 days additional leave
• 6 month and yearly Performance Review
• Yearly Team Trip
• Internal Reward & Recognition Programme
• Birthday Voucher
• Fully remote working, with flexible start and finish times
