Create engaging content around ingredients, approved benefits, taste, routines, lifestyle, customer experiences, and where to buy.

Coordinate shoots, direct creators and production partners, provide feedback, and adapt strong assets for different channels.

Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts; develop LinkedIn and other channels where they serve a clear business purpose.

Own scheduling, posting, thumbnails, tags, links, profiles, highlights, and final quality checks. Maintain a reliable cadence and approved content backlog.

Improve search visibility through relevant keywords, titles, and on-screen text. Use captions, readable typography, and accessibility features.

Community management and social listening

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, tags, and reviews during agreed coverage hours; encourage engagement through proactive conversations, polls, and live content.

Answer questions with approved information and route order issues, complaints, safety concerns, and sensitive matters to the appropriate team.

Track sentiment, recurring questions, objections, and customer ideas. Maintain response templates, moderation guidelines, and escalation procedures.

Develop ambassador activity and relevant community groups or broadcast channels; identify emerging reputation issues and coordinate responses with leadership.

Campaigns creators and performance

Creators influencers and customer content

Source and evaluate creators, athletes, experts, and ambassadors for audience fit, engagement quality, credibility, and creative ability.

Manage outreach, product seeding, briefs, reviews, deliverables, posting schedules, and follow-up within approved budgets.

Coordinate agreements covering fees, disclosures, usage rights, paid amplification, exclusivity where relevant, and deadlines. Obtain permission before reusing customer content.

Maintain a creator pipeline and tracker for samples, costs, deliverables, permissions, and results. Build ongoing relationships with effective partners.

Execute campaigns for new products, retail launches, sampling, promotions, collaborations, and major brand moments.

Coordinate timelines, assets, creator participation, retailer tags, links, and announcements. Confirm inventory, offers, and availability before publication.

Produce where-to-buy and market-specific content, event promotion, live coverage, interviews, recaps, and follow-up engagement.

Identify collaborations with complementary brands, wellness communities, beverage and CPG publishers, product discovery accounts, and relevant social pages.

Coordinate approved giveaways, co-created content, and paid placements. Work with PR to amplify coverage, awards, and announcements, and provide useful social proof to sales.

Paid social and social commerce

Partner with the paid media team on campaign concepts, creator assets, audience insights, and creative tests; test hooks, opening frames, messages, and calls to action.

Share strong organic content for advertising and use paid results to improve content. Coordinate ad permissions, specifications, tagged links, and approved boosting.

Maintain a dashboard and deliver weekly summaries and monthly reviews with clear results, recommendations, and next actions.

Track relevant audience growth, reach, engagement, shares, saves, video retention, traffic, creator results, and conversion signals.

Use platform analytics, tagged links, creator codes, and ecommerce reporting; distinguish directly attributable sales from assisted outcomes and estimates.
