I'm partnered with a team undergoing a major analytics transformation and they're looking for BI Developers who understand more than just reporting.

This isn't a "take requirements and build dashboards" role.

You'll help modernize a large-scale analytics environment, migrate legacy reporting into Sigma, work with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and partner directly with business stakeholders to solve real business problems.

Multiple openings available from Associate through Senior Associate level.

Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

Associate: $130K Base + $15K Incentive

Senior Associate: $140K-$160K Base

Work Authorization

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis both now and in the future.
