AI Red Teaming Generalist

Location: Southlake, TX (Hybrid)

Full-Time | W2

Rate: $28/hour

Interested in AI, research, and testing how AI systems respond to challenging scenarios? We're looking for analytical and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and help evaluate and improve AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Create prompts to test AI models across different scenarios.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, quality, and safety.

• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and potential risks.

• Document findings and provide clear, structured feedback.

• Follow evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent writing-focused experience.

• Strong English writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Background in Journalism, Writing, Research, Business, Content Evaluation, or AI Training is preferred.

• Comfortable reviewing sensitive content.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday–Thursday: Onsite (9 AM–5:30 PM)

Monday & Friday: Remote

Previous AI experience is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with strong analytical and writing skills.
