About the Role

Midwest Technical Institute is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage the social media accounts for MTI and DTC. This remote position focuses on creating and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring social media performance across Facebook and Instagram.

The specialist will collaborate with campus teams to develop content for multiple audiences and travel to campuses at least twice per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MTI and DTC brand accounts across Facebook and Instagram.

• Create and schedule engaging social media content.

• Monitor and respond to audience engagement across social media platforms.

• Track social media performance and analyze relevant metrics.

• Collaborate with campus teams on content creation and social media activities.

• Adapt messaging and storytelling to connect with multiple audiences.

• Travel to campuses at least twice per quarter.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of social media management experience.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

• Ability to create content for different audiences.

• Ability to manage social media content, scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
