Influencer & Creator Content Manager — New York City Metropolitan Area

Overview:

rad5 DP8tK is looking for an Influencer & Creator Content Manager to help drive the next chapter of our creator program. You’ll run the day-to-day engine of our influencer program, from creator lists and mailers to relationships and briefs, and own our UGC program so the best creator content shows up across our organic and paid channels. You’ll also help shape what our social feed looks like, making creators a core part of how rad5 DP8tK shows up on Instagram and TikTok. Our program is growing fast in 2027, and you’ll have real room to shape where it goes.

What You’ll Do

Influencer

• Run the Program: Own the operational backbone of our influencer program: creator lists, mailer planning and send-outs, plus tracking and reporting in Traackr.

• Find the Right Creators: Source and vet creators across beauty, lifestyle and culture who actually reach the rad5 DP8tK shopper, growing the program mindfully without losing the engagement that makes it work.

• Build Real Relationships: Collaborate with creators, agents and talent managers, from first outreach and negotiation through contracts, deliverables and payment.

• Brief It Right: Write creator briefs for paid campaigns that give creators a clear message and room to make it their own.

• Make Moments: Help build creator cohorts around launches, events and cultural moments so campaigns land as something larger than a single post.

• Bring Events to Life: Support creator events from concept to day-of, including event planning, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and making sure every creator has a great night.

• Know What’s Working: Track, analyze and report on influencer and seeding performance, and turn the results into smarter campaigns next time.

Creator Content & Social

• Own UGC: Run our UGC program end to end, from sourcing and briefing creators to contracting, rights and getting content live across our organic and paid channels.

• Bring Creators to Our Feed: Make creator content a core part of rad5 DP8tK’s Instagram and TikTok through reposts, UGC and creator collabs.

• Guide the Calendar: Partner with our Social Media Coordinator on the social content calendar so launches, influencer moments and events come together into one cohesive story.

• Set the Bar: Oversee and give feedback on day-to-day social content to keep it on brand, on trend and connected to what our creators are doing.

• Ride the Trends: Spot social and creator trends early, bring ideas to the team fast, and report on what’s performing so we know what to post next.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing for a consumer brand (beauty, skincare or consumer goods a plus), with some exposure to social media.

• Hands-on experience running seeding programs and managing creator relationships, including negotiation and contracting.

• Experience writing creator briefs; exposure to paid partnerships or paid social is a bonus.

• Experience running or managing a UGC program, including briefing creators and handling usage rights.

• Creator instincts: a strong eye for what performs on Instagram and TikTok, and comfort giving clear, constructive feedback on content.

• Fluent in Traackr (or a similar influencer platform) and Excel, and unfazed by large creator lists and data.

• Seriously organized, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, mailers and deadlines at once.

• Strong writing and communication skills, and comfort giving and receiving direct feedback.

• Deep love for beauty, creator culture and the mass beauty shopper, plus a bias toward action and learning from what works (and what flops).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
