• This position will be hybrid, based out of our Lehi, UT HQ.
• Reports to: Director, Product Marketing
What You Will Own
• Market Strategy & Positioning: Define and own the GTM strategy for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will develop deep expertise in the mid-market segments of all verticals (Dental, Optometry, Veterinary, and Medical) to create tailored value propositions and messaging that resonate with executive-level buyers (CFOs, COOs, and Directors of IT).
• Customer Validation & ROI: Cultivate a robust collection of market-based narratives that showcase the impact of Weave. By collaborating with our mid-market clientele, you will assess their return on investment and transform these insights into compelling success stories for both internal alignment and external market positioning.

• Market Research: You enjoy digging into market data and talking to customers to find the "hidden" pain points that competitors are missing.
• Exceptional Writing: Ability to take complex technical jargon and turn it into simple, compelling copy.
• Communication: Strong and clear speaking and written communication skills to find alignment, drive results, and influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Lifecycle & Expansion Marketing: Experience with customer marketing, cross-sell/upsell strategies, or customer migration campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Engineers, Sales Leaders, and external partners without formal authority.
