We’re looking for a UGC Creator who consistently makes short-form videos people want to watch and share.

Responsibilities

Short-form video creation — your primary focus

Develop original ideas, hooks, and formats, and turn them into engaging short-form videos.Write scripts and storyboards, then shoot, edit, and publish videos on a consistent, frequent schedule.Move quickly on market and cultural moments, and turn the ideas that work into series.

Content optimizationTest hooks, pacing, and formats, and use views and conversion data to improve future content.Bring creative references to the team and help improve the work over time.

Requirements

A body of work that shows original ideas and real performance. We care more about the quality of your work and its results than follower count.

Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, visuals, and platform fit.

Ability to script, shoot, and edit your own videos.

Fluency in crypto culture, including its language, trends, and memes.

Familiarity with disclosure rules for sponsored content and financial promotions.

Nice to Have

Experience making ad creative for paid social.

Experience with AI video or AI avatar tools.

Hands-on crypto trading experience and an understanding of trader behavior and community sentiment.

Good ideas move fast here, and there’s plenty of room to try new things.

1. 高传播内容创作（核心职能）

负责构思原创选题、开头设计及创新内容形式，打造具有高传播力的短视频内容。独立完成脚本及分镜撰写、拍摄、剪辑与发布，保持稳定、高频的内容产出。紧跟市场与文化热点，快速产出具有时效性的原创内容，并将表现优异的创意发展为系列内容。

2. 内容优化

持续测试不同的开头、节奏与形式，以播放量与转化为导向优化后续创作。为团队提供创意参考，持续提升内容质量。

任职要求

代表性作品能够体现原创创意及传播表现；我们更看重作品质量与实际表现，而非粉丝数量。对内容开头、节奏、画面及平台适配具有敏锐的判断力。

能够独立完成脚本撰写、拍摄及剪辑。

熟悉加密交易社区的语言、文化及传播趋势。

熟悉商业合作披露规范及金融推广、投资相关内容的表述要求。

具有付费广告素材的制作经验。

具有 AI 视频或 AI 数字人工具的创作经验。

有加密资产交易经验，理解交易用户的行为、情绪与社区语境。
