About The Role

We are looking for an iOS Developer who can design, develop, test, and support applications for iPhone and iPad. You will write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code primarily in Swift, while applying your knowledge of the iOS SDK, platform frameworks, and established design patterns. This role involves working with backend services, third-party integrations, and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing throughout the application development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and implementing features to testing, troubleshooting, and preparing releases. Experience with at least one application currently available on the App Store is required.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of relevant iOS development experience and practical experience building applications for iPhone or iPad. Strong Swift skills and a solid understanding of iOS SDK fundamentals are essential. You should have hands-on experience with unit test automation, Agile development practices, GitHub, and Objective-C, as well as familiarity with frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.

We also value knowledge of MVC, MVVM, or other design patterns; experience connecting applications to backend services through RESTful APIs; and familiarity with third-party services and integrations. Relevant examples may include social platforms, cloud storage, Google Drive, Bluetooth, or Keychain. Applicants should understand Apple’s design principles, Human Interface Guidelines, App Store Review Guidelines, and common iOS coding conventions. Experience with performance and memory optimization tools, push notifications, and continuous integration is beneficial. Familiarity with Git, Mercurial, or SVN is expected. React Native experience, a portfolio of GitHub projects, server-side language knowledge, or experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript are additional advantages.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform. Translate product requirements and design specifications into functional, accessible, and polished features. Write clear, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Swift code, and contribute to implementation decisions that support application quality and long-term maintainability. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, and collaborate with backend, design, quality assurance, and product team members to deliver cohesive user experiences.

Develop and maintain unit tests, identify and resolve defects, and help improve application performance, stability, and memory usage. Use version control and Agile workflows to manage code changes and coordinate development. Follow Apple’s platform guidance and project coding standards, support continuous integration practices, and assist with release preparation and ongoing application maintenance.
