• Run closed beta tests, diary studies, quantitative surveys, 1:1 interviews, and heuristic evaluations assigned to you, across Wallet, Smart Switch, Health, and other Galaxy ecosystem features
• Set up and administer studies in Qualtrics, Dscout, and Pollfish including screeners, onboarding and midpoint/ final surveys, participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up (including internal Samsung employees)
• Test builds, log issues in internal issue tracker system with clear reproduction steps and context, and track them through to resolution with HQ
• Turn raw study data into a findings draft, summarized result, and slides a reviewer outside the room can follow and for the research lead to refine before it goes to stakeholders
• Support day-to-day correspondence with HQ counterparts in Korea under the research lead's guidance, building toward direct HQ contact as you take on more scope
• Help run recurring team operations: One UI training session logistics, Dscout/Pollfish account administration, and CXI intake triage
WHAT YOU BRING

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), psychology, cognitive science, design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods like surveys, 1:1 interviews, and basic usability evaluation
• Clear, concise written communication; comfortable writing findings that someone who wasn't in the room can act on
• Comfort working across time zones with a counterpart team in Korea
Preferred
• Experience with Qualtrics, Dscout, Pollfish, or similar research tools
• Familiarity with Samsung or Android devices, mobile apps, and fintech or payment features
• Exposure to heuristic evaluation (e.g., Nielsen's 10 heuristics) or competitive benchmarking methods
• Experience writing findings for non-research stakeholders
