Who are we hiring?

The Designer is responsible for design, development and production of creative materials including social graphics, digital OOH, direct mail pieces, print ads, posters, signage, apparel, merchandise, web banners, and email blast templates for jdp dZRdXR branding and business needs. The Designer will conceptualize, design, and route creative design solutions for approvals within respective departments. This role will also be directly involved in branding work, including logo development for new initiatives.

What will you do?

• Execute breakthrough, best-in-class, design solutions for a variety of platforms

• Traffic creative materials requests and deliverables from the point of receiving a creative brief through to completion

• Collaborate with other internal departments – Social, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Partner Success and other key stakeholders – to hone creative assets, often presenting creative work

• Provide art-direction for video and photo shoots

• Quality-assure company internal assets and work to maintain an organized archive of projects and files

• Identify opportunities to develop and implement design systems and templates to ensure efficiency

• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• 3-6 years of relevant experience or branding design experience

• Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge in and passion for print design, digital design, branding, and typography

• Strong presentation, analytical skills, conceptual skills, and ability to brainstorm

• Keen attention to detail and aesthetics

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

• Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute wherever needed

Pay Range

$75,000—$95,000 USD
