Seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and driving technical excellence. This position emphasizes leadership beyond coding, including mentoring junior developers and owning customer-facing mobile experiences end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android

• Own features end-to-end from concept through deployment

• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences

• Implement and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance optimizations

• Stay current with industry trends and proactively introduce new tools and methodologies to enhance the development process

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in React Native

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency and deep mobile architecture knowledge

• Familiarity with native modules for iOS and/or Android (preferred)

• Project leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• CI/CD pipeline experience (EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins)

• State management library proficiency (Redux, Zustand, Providers)

• RESTful API familiarity with tools such as Postman and Swagger

• Experience with AI tools including LLMs, Copilot, Claude, and MCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development and code generation tools

• Background in FinTech or transportation technology
