About ENTRADA

As a Patient Experience Organization (PXO), we are “patient-obsessed.” We are a highly strategic collective of human-centered thinkers committed to helping people feel more in control of their health journey, with a shared mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2035. We provide a full suite of strategic advisory, marketing and disease-state communications, patient/stakeholder CRM engagement services, and technology innovations.

The Opportunity

This entry-level, remote position is an opportunity for an early-career designer to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on creating meaningful experiences in the healthcare industry. As a Junior Experience Designer, you’ll work closely with the design lead to support both client and internal initiatives, with exposure to projects spanning digital experiences, presentations, branding, print, web, and other creative needs.

You’ll contribute throughout the design process, from exploring ideas and building out concepts to refining layouts, preparing final assets, and supporting implementation. Some projects will involve working within established brands and systems, while others will give you the opportunity to help shape new ideas from the ground up. Because much of our work is within healthcare, you’ll also learn how to create thoughtful, engaging design while working within brand, regulatory, and technical requirements.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is curious, highly organized, open to feedback, and excited to build their skills across different types of design work. As you grow in the role, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater ownership, collaborate across teams, contribute to brainstorms and presentations, and help bring new ideas to life.

What You’ll Own

Design & Creative Execution

• Support the design and development of client and internal projects across digital experiences, presentations, branding, web, print, and other creative needs.

• Create and refine layouts, graphics, presentations, and other visual assets from initial direction through final production, working within established brands and design systems when needed.

• Translate project requirements, feedback, and content into thoughtful, polished design solutions with strong attention to detail.

Creative Thinking

• Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for client projects, internal initiatives, new business opportunities, and new experiences.

• Think critically about how information and ideas can be communicated clearly and effectively through design.

• Stay curious about emerging design trends, technologies, and tools, including AI-enabled creative tools.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the design lead and cross-functional teams to develop concepts, incorporate feedback, and bring projects through completion.

• Communicate clearly about your work, ask thoughtful questions, and be comfortable presenting and talking through design decisions.

• Collaborate with developers, printers, freelancers, and other partners to support handoff and implementation when needed.

Project & File Management

• Manage assigned work across multiple projects and priorities, communicating proactively about progress, questions, and challenges.

• Maintain organized working files and final assets to support smooth collaboration, version control, and handoff.

• Take increasing ownership of projects and responsibilities as you grow in the role.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience working across visual design, illustration, and UX/product design, with an understanding of how each discipline contributes to the overall experience.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition across both digital and print design.

• Ability to take creative direction and feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and turn ideas into polished design work.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• A curious, proactive mindset and genuine interest in learning, experimenting, and growing as a designer.

• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapting across different types of projects and creative challenges.

• Experience with video editing, motion design, or animation is a plus, but not required.

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required.

This role offers the opportunity to grow beyond visual execution and develop into a well-rounded experience designer. You'll build the skills to translate research, data, and user insights into thoughtful design decisions, gaining a deeper understanding of not just what you're creating, but how and why people interact with the experiences you design.
