The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to develop, maintain, optimize, and help operate a portfolio of nine production websites. This person will own day-to-day technical implementation across responsive frontend development, backend integrations, technical SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO), deployment, and website reliability.

Working closely with design, content, strategy, and infrastructure partners, the developer will turn Figma designs into high-quality sites, make continuous improvements to existing properties, and coordinate hosting and security operations on CloudLogics infrastructure. This is an execution-focused role for a developer comfortable moving between new builds, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and urgent requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive, accessible, production-ready websites and page templates from approved Figma designs.

• Manage ongoing development and technical improvements across multiple websites, including troubleshooting, CMS updates, testing, quality assurance, and deployments.

• Develop and maintain APIs, data feeds, and backend integrations that support content management, publishing, and connections between digital platforms.

• Implement technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices, including structured data, metadata, site architecture, crawlability, and AI search visibility.

• Translate recommendations from SEO, GEO, and website performance tools into actionable development improvements.

• Manage website hosting and infrastructure in collaboration with technology partners, including server configuration, performance monitoring, backups, and uptime.

• Maintain website security through routine updates, access management, vulnerability monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Optimize website speed, performance, and reliability across devices and browsers.

• Support rapid development timelines, including new pages and landing pages within 1–2 business days and new websites within approximately one week of receiving approved designs and required assets, depending on project complexity.

• Follow established development workflows, including version control, staging environments, deployment processes, testing, and documentation.

• Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, and leadership teams to prioritize development needs, communicate progress, and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, including ownership of live client or multi-site production environments.

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework such as React or Next.js; ability to turn Figma files into responsive experiences.

• Proficiency in backend development with a production stack such as Node.js, PHP, or Python, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and database fundamentals.

• Experience with content management systems, template architecture, integrations, and repeatable deployment workflows; WordPress or headless CMS experience valuable.

• Hands-on experience with Linux/cloud hosting, DNS, SSL/TLS, CDN/caching, Git, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, and secure deployment practices.

• Working knowledge of technical SEO, •••••••• structured data, crawl/index controls, page performance, and practical GEO implementation.

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently, make sound technical decisions, and manage multiple priorities under short deadlines.

• Strong collaboration skills and clear communication with nontechnical design, marketing, and client stakeholders.

• Knowledge of content management systems, editorial workflows, backend integrations, and automated content distribution.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve efficiency, testing, documentation, and repeatable technical processes.
