Analytics Solutions Consultant - CJA (Website) - Data & Analytics

Level: Mid-Level

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Analytics Solutions Consultant with hands-on experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, and GA4. The candidate will support digital measurement strategy, analytics solution design, and customer journey reporting for a large-scale financial services digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing Adobe Analytics and GA4 implementations and identify tracking gaps.

• Define CJA business requirements, KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and measurement strategies.

• Develop CJA Solution Design Reference (SDR) documentation.

• Configure and validate CJA connections, data views, and reporting requirements.

• Support CJA sandbox setup and integration with Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Snowflake.

• Collaborate with AEM, AEP, UX, and development teams to align analytics with website requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in digital analytics or analytics consulting.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Experience with analytics measurement strategy, tracking requirements, and SDR documentation.

• Understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM, and data integration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Adobe Tags.

• Snowflake and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Experience in financial services or banking projects.

• Adobe Analytics or CJA certifications.
