About The Company

Image 360 Arlington is a locally operated sign and graphics center in Arlington, Texas, and part of a franchise network with more than 300 members. The center has served customers for over 28 years, with a focus on business-to-business clients and their visual communication needs. Its work includes custom signage, decals, window and vehicle graphics, vehicle wraps, wall signage, dimensional lettering, monument signs, and ADA-compliant signs. The team values ethical, trustworthy conduct, respect for clients and colleagues, and a practical, can-do approach to delivering quality work.

About The Role

Image 360 Arlington is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its in-person team in Arlington, TX. This hands-on position combines graphic design with sign production and installation. You will take projects from initial client conversations and design through printing, finishing, and, when needed, installation. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accurate work, and is comfortable contributing in a fast-paced production environment.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate their ideas into designs that are visually effective, practical, and suitable for production. You will also operate equipment, assemble finished signs, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. The position pays $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong sign design skills and at least two years of experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. At least one year of experience with Onyx Thrive or an equivalent RIP program is preferred. A college degree or associate degree is preferred. Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating production-ready design skills are valuable.

You should have excellent spelling, grammar, and basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and work accurately with dimensions. Strong organization and time-management skills are important, as is the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Candidates should communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers, work independently without constant supervision, and be willing to learn new processes and equipment. A respectful, dependable, client-focused attitude and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.

Responsibilities

Design signage and graphics that reflect client requirements, production specifications, and approved brand materials. Work with customers to clarify their vision, provide practical guidance, and create realistic solutions for their spaces, vehicles, or other applications. Complete straightforward designs efficiently while allowing appropriate time for more complex projects.

Review each design and work order carefully, confirming dimensions, layout, spelling, grammar, and other project details before production. Use CoreBridge or a similar point-of-sale and work-order system to review project information. Operate printers, laminators, laser engravers, and related production equipment, including RIP software, in accordance with established procedures. Weed, tape, assemble, and finish signs using the appropriate tools and methods, including a cut work table. Assist with installation of wall, window, vehicle, dimensional, and other graphics as required. Keep tools and work areas organized, clean, and safe, and coordinate with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule.

Benefits

This full-time opportunity offers an hourly rate of $20–$25, based on qualifications and experience, along with a full benefits package. You will work with a collaborative team in a role that offers variety across design, production, and installation. The position provides the opportunity to develop practical sign-industry skills while contributing directly to customer projects and the center’s ongoing success.

Equal Opportunity

Image 360 Arlington is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive workplace. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and business needs. All applicants and employees will be considered without discrimination in accordance with applicable laws.
