Responsibilities:

• Review, annotate and provide qualitative feedback to large amount of visual content.

• Analyze data using internal tools to inform feature development needs, present findings to internal teams and leads.

• Support qualitative and quantitative research operations needs from the aesthetics science team.

• Collaborate on various research and development projects.

• Conduct primary research around cultural and regional photographic trends, surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights at a timely manner.

• Compile secondary research around culture and photographic trends within specific priorities demographic or areas.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in art direction. photography production, visual content curation, and/or visual prompt engineering.

• Experience in working in an engineering organization, or feature / product development process.

• Familiarity with LLMs, visual AI tools and ML models processes.

• Ability to collaborate in multi-functional teams, communicate effectively, and work through problems deeply and thoroughly.
