cPU72QfDETT is an ambitious robotics startup focused on bringing innovative humanoid robot solutions to the U.S. market. We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive product development from concept to execution, bridging business objectives, customer needs, and engineering delivery.
This role will own requirements definition, project planning, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams across software, hardware, AI, and product design. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project leadership with structured problem-solving and the ability to translate requirements into visual workflows, UI/UX mockups, and prototypes that help stakeholders validate concepts and guide implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Ownership: Gather and translate business and user needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical deliverables. Manage requirement changes and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead project planning, execution, milestones, dependencies, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking from concept through launch.
• Project Governance: Establish project management standards, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, change control, and escalation processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Drive collaboration among software, hardware, AI, product, UX/UI, and QA teams to resolve technical dependencies and deliver integrated solutions.
• UI/UX Design & Requirements Visualization: Develop user flows, process diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and low- to medium-fidelity prototypes to visualize product concepts, validate requirements, and communicate expected user interactions to stakeholders and engineers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Lead project reviews, communicate progress and risks, facilitate decisions, and align technical execution with business priorities.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define and track project milestones, delivery metrics, quality indicators, and key performance measures. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, or technology product delivery.
• Proven experience owning requirements and leading complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, dependency tracking, scope control, and delivery planning.
• Experience in robotics, humanoid systems, hardware/software integration, AI-enabled products, or other complex technology environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, UI/UX mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, system integration, testing, and release management.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product development environment.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
What Success Looks Like
• Requirements are clearly defined, validated, traceable, and actionable for engineering teams.
• Projects have transparent governance, measurable milestones, and proactive risk management.
• Cross-functional teams remain aligned on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Product concepts are communicated effectively through workflows and mockups before implementation.
• Technology initiatives progress efficiently from concept to validated solution, supporting cPU72QfDETT' humanoid robotics roadmap and U.S. market ambitions.
