Worship Producer / Music Director

Location: Albuquerque, NM

FZyPRs jFUthWH is looking for a full-time, in-office Worship Producer / Music Director who is passionate about worship, musically skilled, and committed to serving and developing people.

This person will use Ableton Live to prepare worship sets, provide musical direction during rehearsals and services, and help volunteer musicians grow in their musical ability and leadership. They will also play an important role in caring for volunteers and building a healthy worship team culture.

Above all, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, values relationships and teamwork, and is passionate about serving the local church.

This position works alongside a team of in-office and remote producers and reports directly to the Worship Pastor.

Responsibilities

• Build and prepare creative worship sets in Ableton Live.

• Arrange songs to support the vision and direction of each service.

• Lead rehearsals and provide musical direction to the worship band.

• Record vocals and instruments.

• Play in the worship band during services and events.

• Lead worship vocally, if equipped to do so.

• Schedule worship team members for services and events.

• Develop and mentor volunteer musicians, helping them grow musically and as leaders.

• Build a healthy team culture centered on relationships, serving others, and the mission of N8KecH qSwSXV.

• Collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to support church-wide initiatives and special projects.

• Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the N8KecH qSwSXV Handbook.

• Serve as a custodian of the church’s mission, vision, values, facilities, equipment, and resources.

• Help plan and participate in worship team events, including workshops, songwriting nights, and team nights.

• Assist with the maintenance, organization, and upgrades of worship equipment and instruments.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages within 24 hours.

• Attend all assigned meetings.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission and values of N8KecH qSwSXV.

• A genuine heart for people and a desire to develop others.

• Proficiency in Ableton Live, including building and preparing worship sessions.

• Ability to play multiple instruments, such as drums, keys, bass, and/or electric guitar.

• Experience leading bands and directing rehearsals.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to personal growth.

• Takes initiative and continually looks for ways to improve areas of responsibility.

• Consistently demonstrates humility and a commitment to growing as a leader.

• Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, and respect for godly leadership.

• Practices biblical tithing.

• Faithfully follows and applies biblical principles in daily life.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving or working in a church worship ministry.

• Experience working with volunteer musicians and live worship production.

• Proficiency in Pro Tools.

• Proficiency in Planning Center Services.

• Working knowledge of live audio and the ability to communicate effectively with the AVL team.

• Ability to sing and lead worship.
