Education And Experience »

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »

• Proven experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.

• Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination.

• Advanced Jira expertise, including JQL, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated success preparing teams for PI Planning and program-level execution

• Maintain visibility into program-level risks and impediments.

• Escalate issues with clear options, impact analysis, and recommended trade-offs.

• Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, filters, and reports.

• Ensure Jira data integrity to support accurate metrics and executive reporting.

• Translate delivery data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.

• Deep understanding of Agile metrics, including flow, predictability, WIP, and throughput.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
