Automation Developer — Fairfield, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, Power Platform, RPA technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.

• Build and support end-to-end workflow automations that improve business processes and reduce manual effort.

• Integrate APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems to support automated processes.

• Develop secure, well-documented solutions following established SDLC, testing, and deployment standards.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support user acceptance testing.

• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term reliability and scalability.

• Support governance, change management, and documentation requirements in a structured environment.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of automation and/or software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience building integrations through APIs and working with data automation processes.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub.

• Ability to create technical documentation and work directly with business stakeholders.

• Experience delivering automation solutions in environments with established controls and change management processes
