The Opportunity

pN86eTFNEwj seeks a hands-on, creative Marketing Associate to develop investment content, digital campaigns, and social media communications for financial advisors and investors.

Work Arrangement

This position is initially remote. pN86eTFNEwj anticipates transitioning to an office-based work environment in Delray Beach, Florida, in mid-2027. Candidates should be open to working from the Delray Beach office following this transition. Specific in-office requirements have not yet been finalized. (Expect 3-4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit advisor emails, newsletters, ETF campaign copy, product promotions, and educational content.

• Create and update fact sheets, presentations, sales collateral, product summaries, and digital assets.

• Translate complex investment themes and market developments into clear, accurate messaging.

• Develop, schedule, and manage X, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media content.

• Support website updates, email marketing, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.

• Develop graphics and short-form content, coordinating design or video resources as needed.

• Maintain marketing calendars, content libraries, and campaign schedules.

• Coordinate materials through established compliance review and approval processes.

• Track campaign performance and engagement; collaborate with sales, product, and investment teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2–5 years in marketing, content creation, communications, or digital media.

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.

• Experience creating professional social media and digital content.

• Working knowledge common content creation tools.

• Interest in financial markets and investment products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Asset management, ETF, wealth management, or other financial services experience.

• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and email platforms.

• Investment content development, marketing analytics, graphic design, or video editing.

• Familiarity with financial services marketing compliance workflows.
