Amazon Marketplace Manager 1P, 3P and B2B — Gurnee, IL

Role Description The Amazon Marketplace Manager 1P, 3P and B2B is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurnee, IL, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon 1P (Vendor Central), 3P (Seller Central), and B2B accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and catalog health. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales trends, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with internal teams on forecasting, business planning, and account strategy. The manager will handle communication with Amazon, resolve operational and customer issues, ensure compliance with platform policies, and oversee customer service standards. The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall marketplace presence.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret marketplace data, monitor KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.

• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Sales Operations skills to develop growth strategies, manage inventory and pricing, and support cross-functional initiatives.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage Amazon relationships, and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and/or B2B marketplaces is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency with e-commerce tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel or similar analytics tools is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
