Creative thinking meets performance marketing.

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital performance marketing business looking for a hands-on Media buyer to take ownership of campaigns, creative strategy and funnel optimisation within a competitive, high-volume affiliate marketing environment.

This isn't a traditional media buying role. Creative development is at the heart of everything, with around 60% of your time focused on developing advertising concepts, researching audiences, writing advertorials and producing new creatives.

You'll combine creative instinct with data-driven decision-making, using AI tools to accelerate production, automate workflows and test ideas at a scale that traditional marketing teams simply can't match.

What you'll be doing

• Develop high-performing creatives: Research audiences, identify customer pain points and turn insights into compelling ad angles, hooks, advertorials and advertising concepts.

• Own paid social campaigns: Manage Meta campaigns end to end, from campaign structure and budget allocation to optimisation, scaling and compliance.

• Build conversion funnels: Create and optimise pre-landers, advertorials and landing pages, using AI tools to bring ideas to life without relying on external design or development teams.

• Make data-driven decisions: Analyse campaign performance, manage testing strategies and independently decide which campaigns to scale, refine or switch off.

• Leverage AI and automation: Use advanced AI models, coding assistants and agentic tools to streamline creative production, reporting, competitor research and campaign management.

• Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor platform developments, algorithm updates and advertising policies, testing new approaches and sharing insights with the wider team.

• Explore new channels: Identify opportunities across platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, taking new campaigns from initial testing through to profitability.

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on experience in paid media buying within affiliate marketing, direct response or performance-led lead generation.

• Experience across verticals such as dating, gaming, insurance, subscription services or other high-volume acquisition environments.

• The ability to build complete marketing funnels, from audience research and creative concepts through to advertorials and landing pages.

• Strong experience using AI tools to improve creative production, campaign workflows and overall marketing performance.

• A solid understanding of campaign metrics, with the ability to turn performance data into clear, commercially focused decisions.

• A creative mindset combined with a methodical approach to testing, optimisation and scaling.

• An autonomous working style, with the confidence to take ownership, experiment and make decisions without constant supervision.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
