Graphic Designer — Menomonee Falls, WI

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer to support a broad range of print and digital design projects for an internal sales team and external distributor network. This role will manage a high volume of active projects, with approximately 80 assignments at any given time, ranging from product labels and technical documentation to digital ads, social media graphics, flyers, catalogs, and tradeshow materials.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with product labeling, technical documentation, print production, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update print and digital marketing materials

• Review, revise, and prepare product labels for print production

• Adapt existing designs for both print and digital use

• Develop social media graphics, flyers, advertisements, and tradeshow materials

• Create and edit specification sheets, catalogs, and technical wall charts

• Collaborate with internal teams and external distributors to support project needs

• Manage approximately 80 active projects and related communications simultaneously

• Work independently after onboarding and once familiar with products and processes

Team Structure

This role works closely with the Marketing Director and company photographer, while also partnering with marketing, technical, and compliance teams. Initial onboarding and transition support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design across print and digital formats

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience using project management tools such as ••••••••

• Knowledge of print production and file preparation

• Experience with product labels or technical documentation preferred

• Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
