We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – Data Layer Automations (Rust, Node.js & GraphQL)

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Rust, Node.js/TypeScript, GraphQL, and CI/CD automation to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing production-grade backend systems, building automated CI/CD pipelines, and managing the deployment of scalable GraphQL services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Rust-based GraphQL Router services.

• Develop production-level Rust code, including custom plugins, authentication, caching, and telemetry.

• Build Node.js/TypeScript services, automation tools, CLIs, and developer tooling.

• Implement GraphQL Federation workflows, schema composition, validation, and breaking-change detection.

• Automate build, testing, benchmarking, security scanning, and progressive deployments.

• Implement canary releases, blue-green deployments, automated rollbacks, and zero-downtime updates.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, observability, performance monitoring, and production reliability.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on production experience with Rust and Cargo.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience with GraphQL APIs and Federation architecture.

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Buildkite, Tekton, or Argo.

• Docker, Kubernetes, and progressive deployment strategies.

• Experience with performance benchmarking, monitoring, SLOs, and incident management.

Preferred Skills:

• Apollo Federation / Apollo Router.

• Rust cross-compilation and Cargo workspace optimization.

• GraphQL Schema Registry and schema governance.

• Artifact signing, vulnerability scanning, and automated release management.
