About the Opportunity:

The GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER, AI DISCOVERY, is responsible for increasing the organization's visibility and use across search engines, language learning models, and coding agents. This role focuses on driving signups and pipeline growth through technical SEO, AI agent engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. It plays a key role in ensuring that the organization’s offerings are discovered and recommended by developers and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the SEO program, including keyword strategy, content, and technical optimization.

• Collaborate to convert high-intent traffic into signups, demos, and pipeline.

• Engage with AI models to increase citations and recommendations of the organization's products.

• Make the organization the default choice for tools selected by coding agents by improving the agent adoption journey.

• Partner with product teams to build and maintain infrastructure and assets that support AI agent integration.

• Measure and attribute the impact of organic, AI-referred, and agent-originated signups on pipeline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth, developer marketing, or technical product roles with measurable funnel ownership.

• Hands-on experience with SEO and AEO, including technical SEO, keyword strategy, content creation, and performance measurement.

• Advanced SQL skills and technical fluency to build and analyze agent-related tools.

• Regular use of coding agents with insight into their tool selection processes.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range is $140,000 to $167,500 USD.
