About the Opportunity:

The SOFTWARE ENGINEER 5 - iOS role focuses on driving innovation and delivering engaging experiences for users of the iOS application. The position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile app features that directly affect user discovery and content enjoyment. This role contributes significantly to the user interface and infrastructure, ensuring scalable, high-quality software solutions that support the organization’s member engagement objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop consumer-facing features using Swift and GraphQL.

• Write maintainable, robust code supported by automation and documentation.

• Partner strategically with product management, design, and engineering teams to define project scopes and refine UI specifications.

• Make informed software design decisions considering business goals and architectural trade-offs.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The compensation range for this role is $388,000.00 to $558,000.00, varying by location.

• Compensation consists of an annual salary with the option to allocate between salary and stock options.
