We're a small team working on TrustLogic, a patent-pending technology designed to change how assets, agreements, and digital rights are governed.

Think of it as Trust 2.0.

For centuries, trusts have separated who controls an asset from who benefits from it. We're bringing that principle into the digital world, making rights, permissions, and obligations programmable and enforceable as circumstances change.

Our starting point is financial services, blockchain, and digital assets. But the potential applications go well beyond fintech.

Here's who we already have around the table:

✅ Financial services and fintech veterans with 25+ years of experience across banking, payments, blockchain, and financial technology.

✅ Legal professionals with 20–25+ years of experience working with contracts, agreements, and complex legal structures.

✅ Consultants with backgrounds at major consulting firms and experience advising enterprise clients on blockchain, tokenization, crypto, digital assets, and payments.

✅ People who understand how to build businesses, work with institutions, develop partnerships, and bring products to market.

🧑‍💻 Who we're looking for

Someone who loves building. Not just talking about technology or managing developers.

You should have serious, hands-on experience with:

• Smart contracts: Solidity, EVM, contract development, testing, deployment, and security.

• Blockchain: Architecture, protocols, decentralized applications, and integrations.

• Tokenization: Token standards, programmable rights, asset lifecycle management, and related infrastructure.

• Engineering: The ability to architect, code, prototype, and ship real products.

Bonus points if you've worked with digital asset custody, payments, DeFi, RWAs, Agentic AI, or AI-driven financial systems.

You don't need to know everything. But you should be genuinely strong in blockchain and smart contract engineering, curious about everything else, and comfortable figuring things out as we go.

💰 Let's Talk About Compensation

We're going to be transparent.

This is NOT a salaried position today.

We're looking for an equity-heavy Co-Founder & CTO who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

We have a clear commercialization plan focused on securing customer pilots, generating revenue, and pursuing funding through accelerators, investors, and strategic partners.

Our intention is to introduce and progressively increase cash compensation as the company secures funding and revenue. We can't guarantee when that happens.

Founder-level equity, vesting, responsibilities, and future compensation will be discussed openly and agreed upon together.

This is a startup opportunity, with the risks and potential rewards that come with it.

You're not joining a startup where everyone is learning the industry from scratch.

We already have decades of financial, legal, and commercial experience.

We understand the market, the institutional environment, and many of the problems we're trying to solve.

What we need is someone who can challenge our assumptions, shape the architecture, build the technology, and help turn a big idea into a product customers will pay for.

We're not interested in spending years building in isolation.

Build → Test → Get Customers → Generate Revenue → Scale

We don't care nearly as much about your title, university, or previous employers as we do about what you've actually built.

If you've developed real blockchain products, deployed smart contracts, contributed to protocols, or built something technically challenging, we'd love to see it.
