The Role

• Conduct technical research and diagnostics to identify data discrepancies within complex systems.

• Lead data hygiene and cleanup initiatives, including de-duplication and process overhauls.

• Design and prescribe technical solutions to improve system efficiency and resolve issues.

• Perform advanced reporting and analysis to track lead lifecycle and identify bottlenecks.

• Provide secondary administration support for the marketing technology stack.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with a focus on data analysis and systems architecture.

• An analytical mindset with strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort auditing large datasets.

• AI fluency, with experience using AI tools for workflow logic, syntax querying, and data analysis.
