This employer is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead and evolve organic search strategies across enterprise software brands. The role spans technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven search initiatives to drive organic visibility and revenue growth.

The Role

• Define and own the organic search strategy, roadmap, and performance targets aligned with pipeline and revenue goals

• Lead high-impact SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives, including technical audits, site migrations, and AI-driven search optimization

• Partner with web development, UX, and demand generation teams to optimize organic conversion performance and user journeys

• Own performance measurement and executive reporting, tracking rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI-driven search metrics

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS

• Strong technical SEO expertise and proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush

• Demonstrated experience developing and scaling Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization strategies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional partners and senior leadership
