Snowflake / Qlik Developer — Houston, TX

Seeking an experienced Snowflake / Qlik Developer to support a healthcare data migration initiative. This role focuses on building Snowflake data marts, developing Qlik Sense dashboards, and delivering scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data marts, tables, views, tasks, and streams.

• Build ELT pipelines and dimensional data models (facts and dimensions).

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, data load scripts, and visualizations.

• Create reporting views, reusable metrics, KPIs, and certified datasets.

• Optimize SQL queries, Snowflake performance, and Qlik applications.

• Implement data security, access controls, and publishing rules.

• Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years).

• Advanced SQL and hands-on Snowflake development.

• Strong dimensional data modeling and ELT experience.

• Hands-on Qlik Sense development, including set analysis and data load scripting.

• Experience integrating Snowflake with BI/reporting tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or managed care experience.

• Enterprise data migration experience.

• Project leadership experience.
