Marketing Content & Graphic Designer — LHH, Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Content & Graphic Designer who blends strong graphic design skills with a hands-on approach to digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

This person will help bring creative direction to life across digital and print marketing materials, while also supporting timely social content from concept through publishing. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between design, content creation, and day-to-day marketing execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design polished digital and print marketing materials that align with brand and campaign direction

• Create assets for social media, promotional campaigns, and in-store communications

• Help capture, edit, and develop engaging social media content

• Write and edit social copy that supports promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives

• Schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms

• Translate creative direction and marketing needs into compelling visual assets

• Support fast-moving marketing initiatives and promotional needs

• Maintain consistency across brand visuals and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, content creation, or a related role

• Strong graphic design skills with experience creating both digital and print assets

• Hands-on experience with social media and digital marketing

• Ability to take content from idea to execution, including creating, editing, writing, scheduling, and publishing

• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and quick-turn creative requests

• Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, restaurant, retail, or a similar consumer-facing industry is preferred

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and content work
