The role owns demand generation and brand strategy for a growth-stage technology company, translating product positioning into campaigns that reliably produce pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role partners with sales, product marketing, content, and design to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel programs across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social — in a B2B and B2C environment where attribution and efficiency matter.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, and organic content channels
• Own campaign analytics end-to-end: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and Looker/Tableau, and report on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or Marketo, including lead scoring, nurture sequences, and lifecycle campaigns
• Own SEO and SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, ad spend allocation, and landing-page testing to lower cost per acquisition
• Develop and manage the content calendar, partnering with writers and designers to ship on-brand assets on schedule
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to continuously improve funnel conversion rates
• Manage a multi-channel marketing budget and vendor relationships, presenting performance reviews to leadership quarterly
What We Are Looking For
• 4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C technology companies, with a documented track record of pipeline or revenue impact
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Deep familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable building reports, interpreting attribution data, and making budget decisions from metrics
• Excellent writing and project-management skills across concurrent campaigns and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), marketing attribution tools (Dreamdata, Bizible), or a CMS like Webflow or WordPress
