Business Analyst — Evlo AI, Austin, TX

About The Role

The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business process, translating operational questions into analyses, dashboards, and process improvements that leadership can act on.

You will work across revenue teams, data engineering, and finance to map how the business actually operates, surface where it breaks down, and build the reporting and tooling that make performance measurable and repeatable.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in SQL, Tableau, or Looker covering pipeline health, revenue attainment, and operational KPIs

• Partner with sales operations and finance to define metrics, audit data quality in Salesforce, and resolve discrepancies across systems

• Analyze funnel and process data to identify bottlenecks, model scenarios, and recommend process or tooling changes with quantified impact

• Document business processes and system workflows, then drive implementation of improvements end-to-end

• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical specs, and coordinate with data engineering on implementation

• Support forecasting, territory planning, and quota models with clean, well-structured analysis

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, decision-ready narratives

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical role in a SaaS or technology environment

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, including reporting, data models, and common hygiene issues

• Solid grounding in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling, plus familiarity with Python or R is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and translate ambiguous business questions into concrete deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience

• Bonus: experience with RevOps tools (Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo), dbt, or exposure to revenue recognition and forecast processes
