About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST role is responsible for transforming customer and operational data into actionable insights that drive business understanding and performance within the Payer Retrieval segment. This position supports cross-functional teams by developing data visualizations and reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and contributing to better customer experience and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data from multiple sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries

• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze data for reporting and decision-making

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights

• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to customer and operational performance

• Create presentations to communicate complex findings clearly

• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and recommend solutions

• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through analysis

• Support evaluation of business initiatives by measuring impact

• Document business requirements, metrics, methodologies, and findings

• Validate data accuracy across reports and analyses

• Support development of scalable reporting and insights capabilities

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, or related roles

• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Sigma Computing

• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts; familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop actionable insights

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

• Curiosity and ability to learn new business processes, tools, and data sources

• Experience building reports in cloud visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 100,000 USD
