What they’re building

An AI platform that lets non-technical operations leaders build the software their business runs on: think manufacturing floors, logistics, and construction. These aren’t prototypes. They’re daily systems of record, so they need real data models, permissions, and reliability.

Your part in it

You’ll design and own the company’s object model, a new data layer that sits above Postgres and powers every app customers create. It has to be fast, scalable, and correct, which is why it’s being built in Rust. This is greenfield, and the architecture calls are yours from day one.

Who you’d work with

The CEO is a second-time founder. His first company was a Rust developer tools product that got acquired, so he knows good systems work when he sees it.

You might be a fit if you have

• Shipped Rust in production

• Gone deep on databases or data infrastructure (Postgres, query layers, storage, sync engines, or similar)

• Strong distributed systems and architecture fundamentals

• A habit of shipping fast and iterating

• Bonus: built a developer-facing data platform or backend-as-a-service product, and you care about how customers actually use what you build
