This employer is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support the strategy and execution of engagement and upgrade programs. The successful candidate will help drive customer retention and product adoption through data-informed multi-channel campaigns.

The Role

• Support the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer engagement and upgrades across digital platforms

• Build and execute personalized, data-informed campaigns and automated programs in marketing automation tools across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels

• Partner closely with creative, data analytics, and product teams to bring lifecycle programs to market

• Develop clear hypotheses and execute A/B tests to improve customer engagement and upgrade conversion

• Ensure campaign quality and governance while navigating compliance requirements in a regulated environment

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing experience, including hands-on campaign execution in enterprise marketing automation software

• Experience building and launching multichannel campaigns utilizing email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS channels

• Strong experimentation fundamentals, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, and performance analysis

• Comfort working with HTML and templating logic for campaign setup, personalization, and troubleshooting
