About The Role
Our Web Designers create engaging, sales-focused digital experiences for Colony Brands e-commerce websites, email, mobile, social media, and other digital channels. Collaboration is key in this role as you will partner with web, creative, marketing, merchandising, copy, photography, and development teams to translate business needs and brand direction into effective digital experiences.
Key responsibilities include turning marketing messages and brand direction into responsive, customer-focused designs for websites, landing pages, category pages, email, mobile, social media, and multimedia channels. You will manage assigned projects from initial direction through launch, coordinating requirements, priorities, deadlines, status updates, and deliverables. Additionally, reviewing design, content, HTML, links, and responsive behavior to ensure accuracy, quality, accessibility, and adherence to brand and technical standards is essential. You will also recommend design and content improvements based on A/B testing, performance data, customer feedback, usability research, and e-commerce best practices. Utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools to build, update, and troubleshoot digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and email platforms will be part of your daily activities.
