We are seeking a Graphic Design / Visual Communications Analyst to support the development of high-quality communication materials for a dynamic and mission-driven environment. In this role, you will collaborate with design, communications, and program teams to produce visually engaging products that effectively communicate key messages to a variety of audiences.

As a Graphic Design / Visual Communications Analyst, you will contribute to the design and production of presentations, infographics, reports, fact sheets, briefing materials, digital assets, event collateral, templates, web and social media graphics, and other branded communication products. You will help ensure that all materials are visually consistent, professionally designed, accurate, accessible, and aligned with established brand standards.

Working closely with senior design professionals and stakeholders, you will assist with concept development, layout design, presentation creation, image selection, data visualization, document formatting, and final production. This role requires the ability to convert technical or complex subject matter into clear, visually appealing, and audience-focused communications.

You will also support multiple concurrent projects, incorporate stakeholder feedback, maintain organized design assets and templates, and conduct quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet established standards. Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

• Two or more years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, creative services, or a related field.

• Experience contributing to creative projects from concept development through final delivery.

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively incorporate stakeholder feedback.

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting communications, marketing, branding, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.

• Experience developing visual identity systems, templates, brand standards, style guides, and communications toolkits.

• Demonstrated ability to create professional presentations, infographics, reports, fact sheets, digital graphics, and other branded materials.

• Experience designing data visualizations, process flows, organizational graphics, and other visual products that simplify complex information.

• Ability to translate technical or specialized content into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate visual communications.

• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and creating accessible communication materials.

• Experience supporting high-visibility projects, events, campaigns, or executive-level communications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality creative products.
