About the Project

qbxmFQ2Ff is an independent HCM consulting firm seeking an experienced HubSpot website designer and developer to build and launch our new website in HubSpot Content Hub.

Our current website has approximately 100 pages on Wix. We are planning a fresh build of similar size using a paid HubSpot theme, customized to reflect our brand and generate qualified customer inquiries.

You will work directly with our Head of Marketing to review the proposed sitemap, design page layouts, build the website, and manage testing and launch. We need someone who can provide practical recommendations and independently execute the work.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and customize a HubSpot theme to meet our brand and website requirements.

• Review our proposed sitemap and recommend improvements to navigation and page organization.

• Design, build, and populate approximately 100 pages using reusable templates and modules.

• Incorporate calls to action, forms, case studies, and testimonials to support lead generation.

• Implement SEO fundamentals, internal linking, URL redirects, and conversion tracking.

• Test mobile layouts, forms, links, and website performance before managing launch.

• Provide documentation and training so our marketing team can update and maintain the website.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HubSpot Content Hub, supported by hands-on experience building and launching websites on the platform.

• Experience selecting and customizing HubSpot themes, templates, and modules.

• A portfolio of websites you personally designed and built, including at least one completed HubSpot website.

• Ability to create polished, consistent page layouts that help visitors find relevant information and submit an inquiry.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HubL to support theme customization.

• Experience with website SEO, redirects, mobile responsiveness, and launch testing.

• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage deliverables and meet agreed deadlines.

• Experience building websites for B2B consulting or professional services organizations is preferred.
