Marketing and Graphic Design Associate — Nashville, TN

The ZDnvSms marketing team is a fast-moving, collaborative, and good energy group in a growing company. We're looking for a Marketing and Graphic Design Associate for our corporate office in Nashville, TN. The candidate will bring their strong graphic design experience to improve our customer facing materials, websites, communications, tradeshows, and product catalogs, while also supporting the brand and broader marketing efforts.

Hybrid Schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Own graphic design across print and digital deliverables, including collateral, presentations, signage, email, and social assets.

• Lead the design and production of product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

• Organize and maintain digital assets within the company's DAM platform.

• Use AI tools to streamline design and production workflows and increase efficiency.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

• Assist in creating and scheduling email and social media campaigns and help track results.

• Support tradeshow management, including logistics, booth materials, and graphics.

• Provide marketing administrative support and assist marketing management with projects beyond graphic design.

• Partner with Sales, Product, vendors, and printers while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related role; bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Strong portfolio of print and digital work (required for consideration).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print production.

• Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Figma), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), and social media management tools.

• Experience using AI tools in design or marketing workflows.

• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills, with openness to feedback and revision.

• Preferred: Catalog software, motion graphics, and tradeshow experience.
