ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the localization, finishing, and delivery of audiovisual (AV) and static marketing assets across international markets. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensure localized content is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
The role requires a strong understanding of post-production workflows, international marketing campaigns, and localization processes across both on-platform and off-platform content. Experience managing AV and static assets across digital, social, streaming, and broadcast platforms is essential.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude is a must, alongside the ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and deadlines.
Please note: This role will be based onsite at our partner's location as an implant, working closely with their internal teams and international stakeholders.

• Coordinating with internal teams, international markets, studio and distribution stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required specifications.
• Managing third-party localization vendors, overseeing workflows, timelines, and deliverables, including subtitling and dubbing requirements.
• Working closely with studio and distribution teams to align localization strategies for international marketing campaigns and off-platform promotional content.
• Prioritizing titles and projects, implementing effective strategies to manage increasing volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Streamlining workflows with the Senior Account Director, identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and best practices.
• Tracking and reporting on localization and delivery activities, providing clear updates on project progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
• Ensuring localized assets meet technical, creative, and delivery requirements across digital, social, streaming, and broadcast platforms.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in localization, post-production, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing AV localization, including subtitling and dubbing management, with some exposure to static localization.
• Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows, localization processes, and industry best practices.
• Experience managing international marketing campaigns, with an understanding of 360-degree campaigns incorporating both AV and static assets.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, manage timelines, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Experience working with global teams, international markets, and foreign-language content.
• Strong technical understanding of AV formats, codecs, bitrates, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, audio configurations, and electronic delivery technologies.
• Good understanding of digital, social, streaming, and broadcast workflows.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
• Results-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving and improving operational efficiency.
