The team collaborates with major technology partners, delivering architecture, system implementation, integration, analytics, and operations and maintenance services to its clients.

About the Opportunity:

The SALESFORCE DEVELOPER role involves developing and enhancing Salesforce applications that support federal agency operations. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and ensuring the delivery of secure and reliable Salesforce implementations. The role contributes to the organization's ability to provide innovative, efficient digital solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full application lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions

• Translate user stories and business rules into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

• Utilize Salesforce Flow and platform features before custom development with Apex or Lightning Web Components

• Develop unit tests, conduct peer reviews, and resolve defects

• Support data migration activities including mapping and validation

• Engage in CI/CD processes, environment management, release planning, and post-release support

• Document configurations and technical decisions, adhering to federal security and privacy standards

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, administrators, and stakeholders on project status and technical issues

• Implement AppExchange tools such as DocuSign and eSign Live

• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices compliance

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship and residence in the United States for the past four years

• Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce custom development including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, VSCode, or Jenkins

• Authorization to work and perform work within the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Salesforce Certifications

• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Einstein Dashboard, Service Cloud, Agentforce

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools like UiPath

• Experience integrating AppExchange tools like DocuSign and eSign Live

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
