Join an exciting project to create bespoke 2D calling-card artwork for a military-themed third-person multiplayer shooter. Your illustrations will be featured on player profiles, in pre-game lobbies, and during kill-cams, contributing to the game's unique visual identity. The initial assignment involves producing 10 static cards, with the opportunity to deliver 2 optional animated cards. You will work closely with provided references and concepts, ensuring each card aligns with a range of themes such as grounded, stylized, psychedelic, comical, and more. This is a contract-based, remote opportunity ideal for illustrators passionate about gaming and original digital art.

Deliverables

• Create 10 static 2D calling cards (2048×512 PNGs) for in-game use.

• Optionally produce 2 animated cards (1200×300, 15 fps, 1-second seamless loop as numbered PNG frames).

• Submit rough sketches for approval before final rendering; batching sketches is encouraged.

• Deliver all artwork as original, non-AI-generated content.

• Provide editable source files upon completion.

• Ensure no text or logos are included, and keep focal details clear of outer edges.

• Supply timelapse recordings for two selected cards.

• Adhere to provided game-asset concepts and reference materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2D illustration, preferably for games or digital media.

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant artwork and stylistic versatility.

• Proficiency with industry-standard illustration software (e.g., Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or equivalent).

• Ability to create both static and simple animated assets.

• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

• Commitment to originality; all work must be hand-crafted without generative AI.

• Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
