About the Opportunity:

The WEB GROWTH & SEO MANAGER role is focused on driving how prospects discover and engage with the organization's website. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve website performance across search, AI-driven answers, and conversion funnels. The role contributes to the organization's growth by integrating SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to enhance content, experimentation, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Own website strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple content areas

• Align web priorities with demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales teams

• Manage A/B testing program, including design, analysis, and reporting

• Maintain a testing backlog and knowledge base for design and messaging improvements

• Collaborate with Web Platform Lead on new builds, quality assurance, and tooling

• Develop and implement SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies tied to pipeline-relevant topics

• Optimize on-page SEO elements and improve AI-generated answer presence

• Conduct technical SEO audits and specify requirements for implementation

• Support off-page efforts such as digital PR to enhance search and AI visibility

• Manage analytics dashboards and reporting using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools

• Define tracking requirements and oversee validation with technical teams

• Review content briefs and collaborate on campaigns and SEO content creation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in web strategy and optimization, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS

• Proven results in structured experimentation and organic search programs

• Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawlability, indexation, structured data, and site architecture

• Experience with Google Search Console, major SEO platforms, and A/B testing tools

• Proficient in analytics tools such as GA4 and tag management

• Hands-on experience with GEO and AEO strategies

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to specify and review technical requirements

• Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for analysis and workflow automation

• Effective writing and presentation skills to influence diverse teams

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000

• Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation

• Participation in the organization's employee stock option program
