About This Opportunity

Amoha Recruitment Services LLP is building a talent pipeline of entry-level and junior Data Analysts for upcoming client opportunities across business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

We work with candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, as well as US citizens and Green Card holders, subject to individual client and employer requirements.

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building careers in data analytics and business intelligence.

What You’ll Do

Typical responsibilities across client engagements may include:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.

• Use SQL to extract, organize, and analyze large datasets.

• Create interactive visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.

• Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology teams.

• Document analytical processes, findings, and recommendations.

• Support data-driven projects and business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, including internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework.

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.

• Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting.

• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
