Lead Brand Digital Content Manager — Pueblo-Cañon City Area

This position is responsible for conceptualizing, producing and executing content for social and digital platforms within ugt Z3mHc6R. This role will lead the creative vision and execution for digital communications, media, and marketing programs. In addition, this role is responsible for the design and development of content needed to support and enhance the portfolio of individual brands within ugt Z3mHc6R.

Essential Duties

• Lead creative direction of the ugt Z3mHc6R brand strategy and be able to photograph and design the needed assets to bring the creative and strategic vision to life.

• Lead execution of the approved brand strategy across digital and social media.

• Fulfill asset needs across the larger brand portfolio and ensure requested assets ladder up to the ugt Z3mHc6R creative strategy. This includes partnering with internal teams to concept and produce content for all digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, website, email marketing, etc.

• Collaborate with brand partners, innovation team, internal and external content creators, distributors and sales team to coordinate support for brand initiatives.

• Perform analysis of creative work to understand best practices per platform, areas for improvement and exploration specific to each digital channel.

• Build social media content, including photography, video, design and stories; and produce media showcasing relevance within compatible consumer communities.

• Identify emerging trends in the digital space; and define .com, email and social media best practices.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Marketing or Graphic Communication Design, or equivalent related experience and 4+ years of creative direction and execution experience

• Experienced liaison with demonstrated skills in invention, imagination, and originality

• Strong working knowledge with proficiency in use of design programs

• Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously, and problem-solve proactively

• Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner

• Advanced oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members

Percent of Travel: 10% - 25%

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and Uyn r7NnnwA'2 good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
